The Colours of Indonesia, the biennial exhibition presented by ID12, returns this year with the theme “Summer Home: A Luxurious Getaway Retreat by ID12.” In Quadra’s first collaboration with ID12 at this exhibition, Quadra’s collections are showcased in mock-up designs by Anita Boentarman, Reza Wahyudi, and Ary Juwono. The “Summer Home” concept is displayed in mock-ups of a modern luxury resort, featuring Quadra as the material for floors, walls, and countertops.
In line with The Colours of Indonesia event, which emphasizes art, technology, and innovation, Quadra presents a harmonious blend of sophistication and natural beauty, offering a luxurious touch that elevates the “Summer Home” experience. Explore how Quadra transforms spaces into a dreamy holiday house through this exclusive collaboration.

ID12 brings together twelve interior designers into one inspiring place. It was all started in 2007 when the twelve creative talents invited for a project organised by an Indonesia interior design magazine. Sharing the same passion in design encourages them to bring the country’s design scene to another level and present them in an elegant manner with international standard.
The mission and vision of ID12 is to contribute and give back to the society, hence “The Colours of Indonesia” was born. A project in which each designer can interpret Indonesian culture in their own creative way and create modern and innovative work.

TIDE & TIKI BAR aims to evoke the tranquility and beauty of the Indonesian oceans. The design combines elements of ocean and waves to create a vibrant, modern and elegantly-inviting space that embodies the carefree and invigorating spirit of a seaside gateway.

This custom pattern enhances the feeling of a luxurious summer home, pampering you with a relaxing holiday atmosphere. With a bar table which is also by Quadra, you can fully relax during your vacation, knowing that its easy maintenance takes all the worry out of the experience.
Coastal Oasis is a harmonious blend of two Quadra motifs that capture the essence of the ocean and its waves. The flowing pattern mimics gentle waves, evoking the serene beauty of the sea and the calming rhythm of its movements.

BLANCO ATELIER
Blanco Atelier is inspired by a design studio in Ubud Bali, belonging to the famous artist Antonio Blanco. The space pictures a summer home with hues of blue and its contrasting colour palettes to escort its visitors to an atmosphere of summer vacation.
Antonio Blanco’s love for exploring textures and materials inspired Ary Juwono to collaborate with Quadra to create Serpentine Craft, a symbol of how art knows no boundaries. Colorful brush strokes on a canvas-like texture are brought to life in sintered stone slabs by QUADRA, resulting in a more durable form of artistic expression.

VITALITY OCULUS
Vitality Oculus is a cozy and petite fitness area equipped with minimalistic elements that harmoniously blends into an open interior. The furniture and equipment chosen are compact to accommodate space, however, it instead enhances the tropical gazebo aesthetic, allowing efficient air circulation which makes the space feel more modern and elegant.
The curved walls together with soft lighting cascading from the branch-like pergola highlights the simple colour palette, creating a serene atmosphere that invites its visitors to reflect upon oneself. Muromachi Breeze, a contemporary and luxurious decorative piece from QUADRA perfectly captures this concept, as it is a piece inspired by the Japanese elegant philosophy “Wabi-sabi” which reminds us to find beauty in imperfection, inciting a more connective lifestyle between human and nature. Together with Vitality Oculus, the space encourages people to allocate time to focus on health, meditation, fitness, or as simple as appreciating the tranquility of life.
Wabi-sabi is an elegant philosophy that denotes a connective way of living—a lifestyle, where humans are deeply connected to nature, and thus better connected to our truest inner-selves. It is a concept that motivates us to constantly search for beauty in imperfection and accept the natural cycle of life, reminding us that all things including us and life itself are impermanent, incomplete, and imperfect. And yet, beauty remains to be something that we find amidst the seemingly imperfect aspects of life.
Muromachi Breeze utilizes a transparent onyx look with a golden grid inspired by the KINTSUGI art first developed during the Japanese Muromachi era. With the latest DRYFIX technology, QUADRA is able to bring a prominent level of glassy-like surface on the golden urushi lacquer of the design.

In the heart of the Summer Breeze Home, lies a serene courtyard that brings the twelve mockups together in harmony. Vibrant blue-toned marbles in the shape of grand monstera leaves scattered across the ground like nature’s confetti.
Resting above the warm beige, almost honey-like Onyx marble accompanied by the dreamy white vapour as a white base, each leaf glistening with their own unique characteristics.
The customized pattern spans over 100 m2, the continuity of each shape suggests natural movement, and the colour palette resembles the warmth of summer day and the freshness of cold coconut water.
As visitors stroll through this space, they are invited to pause, breathe deeply, and let the soothing ambience transport them to the Summer Breeze Home.
